2. Purpose and Scope

This subdomain and application portal exists solely for the purpose of:

• Providing information about the Lofi Ambassador Program
• Accepting on-site applications from prospective ambassadors

3. Application Submission

3.1 Eligibility

3.2 Application Review

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Lofi Ambassador Program. Lofi Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, with or without providing a reason. We aim to review applications within 3-5 business days of submission.

3.3 Information Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted in your application. False, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate disqualification and potential removal from the program if already accepted.

Through the application process, we collect:

• Social Media Information: Twitter/X handle, Telegram username, Discord username
• Application Content: Your responses to application questions, including reasons for joining, skills, experience, campaign ideas, and incentive preferences

• Evaluate your application for the Ambassador Program

7.1 No Guarantee of Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Lofi Ambassador Program. Lofi Foundation makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of acceptance.

7.2 No Employment Relationship

The ambassador program does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, or agency relationship between applicants/ambassadors and Lofi Foundation. If accepted, ambassadors are independent participants in the program.

7.3 Website Availability

We strive to maintain website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
